Zogranyan is the assistant to the President of the Ecology of the Unknown Association.
He’s involved in the organizational and technical support of events held by the Association and a number of its partners, including dozens of international scientific and public conferences “Siegel Readings” (officially: “Natural Science and Geopolitics”), held in Moscow by Chinese ufologists of the international conference “Five Continents” etc.
Member of the Presidium of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems.
Zogranyan has a Master’s degree with honors from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA).
He is a post-graduate student at the Department of Political Science and Political Management of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Public Administration with a degree in Political Institutions, Processes and Technologies. The topic of the dissertation is the Formation of political network communities in the Internet space.
His sphere of professional interests is information impact as a factor of foreign and domestic policy, methods of influencing the information space.
