Luís Annino was born in 1973.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, National University of Cuyo.
His areas of interest are: Geopolitics, International Relations, Security and Defense, Aerospace Technology.
He is a member of CEFORA (Commission for the Study of the UFO Phenomenon of the Argentine Republic) since 2011, representing the Cuyo Region (Central-West Argentina).
Luís is also a member of CRIFAT (Regional Research Center for Aerospace and Terrestrial Phenomena) since 2020. CRIFAT has its headquarters in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Luis is the editor of the Orbita Cero Mendoza blog, dedicated to the dissemination of information related to the UFO / FANI phenomenon (UAP), including topics related to Astrobiology, Astrophysics, Exoplanets, SETI, UFO Culture (psychosocial impact), Aerospace Technology and PSI Phenomena ( studies on Consciousness).
He is a national and international speaker, and has participated in several interviews for radio, television and social networks.
He is author of articles for written publications, both digital (Phenómena Magazine, in Spanish) and on paper (UFO Brasil Magazine).
