May 27th, 2023 marks the second anniversary of the launch of ICER as an international NGO.
ICER is continuing to expand its global reach with national representatives now in 30 countries.
ICER is making international strides through its Project Titan/United Nations initiative with the government of the Republic of San Marino, which voted overwhelmingly to accept its proposal.
This will hopefully come to fruition by the end of 2023.
With international developments on the UAP issue seemingly gathering pace, it is important that ICER is preparing for the future and is producing educational courses aimed at all sectors of society.
The world is moving closer to acknowledging that Earth is being visited by non-human intelligences of some kind.
