On 31 May 2023, NASA held a public session about its involvement in investigating the UAP issue. Many of NASA’s scientists presented their thoughts on how best to achieve this goal, and publicly stated that NASA is committed to transparency on the UAP issue.

ICER, as a globally recognized organization representing 30 international countries, fully supports the need for transparency and an internationally coordinated scientific approach that examines the best data globally on UAP. Only by doing so will the UAP issue be addressed properly for the international community.

ICER is aware there is an accumulated wealth of scientifically studied cases, both historical and recent, that can assist NASA and scientists globally in their desire to determine the true nature of UAP.
