ICER PRESS STATEMENT
ICER LAUNCHES NEW WITNESS INITIATIVE
The International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) is pleased to announce details of a new initiative – The Military and Aviation Witness program (MAWP).
This will be open to serving and retired military and aviation personnel worldwide.
In light of recent developments in the United States with the ‘whistleblower’ legislation now having become law, ICER believes the time is now right for an independent Non-Government Organisation (NGO) to receive/collect UFO/UAP accounts from military and aviation personnel worldwide.
ICER currently has national and deputy national representatives in 30 countries so is well positioned to receive multinational accounts of UFO/UAP from military and aviation witnesses (military/pilots/ATC/radar).
Gary Heseltine (Vice President of ICER) will be responsible for coordinating the witness program and is available for media interviews.
