THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ALL-DOMAIN ANOMALY RESOLUTION OFFICE Report on the Historical Record of U.S. Government Involvement with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Volume I February 2024.

On March 8, 2024, the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), dependent on the US Department of Defense, released its Report on the Historical Record of U.S. Defense.

The report, purportedly an extensive Pentagon review of decades of US government investigations (since 1945) into UFO sightings, concluded, “We found no evidence of extraterrestrial intelligence”, or that the US government or private companies have ever possessed alien technology that has been reverse engineered.

The International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) rejects this Report, which lacks a deep understanding of the subject and the scientific requirements to make such a statement.

ICER, a global coalition of scientists, academics and researchers on the UAP phenomenon, has found contradictions, erroneous data and poorly founded scientific criteria within the the report.

The report lacks analysis of the data accumulated during the last 70 years of international research on UFOs/UAP, and likewise, lacks the evaluation of the reports of highly credible witnesses and complainants, who have contributed thorough data under oath, accompanied by reports from technical and specialist personnel.

ICER maintains the report is a blatant attempt to derail the US process of confirming the reality that some UAPs may represent an extraterrestrial/non-human intelligence presence here on Earth. It has failed to fulfil its responsibility to provide an historical overview of the UFO/UAP issue in response to requirements established by Congress.

ICER promotes and supports objective scientific and academic study of the phenomenon, and encourages witnesses with credible evidence to continue to come forward at this time.

There now exists a rapidly expanding international research movement concerning the UFO/UAP phenomenon, which supports the advancement of knowledge based on transparency, compelling evidence, the courage of witnesses, and the tenacity of investigators.

President of ICER
